Kutz 4 Kidz
Kutz 4 Kidz is a free voucher program designed to support families and promote self-esteem in students by offering a year-round haircut program for kindergarten-12th grade students.

What to expect
The NAACP Snohomish County and the Coverson Family launched Kutz 4 Kidz in 2018.
Who is eligible for Kutz 4 Kidz?
The Kutz 4 Kidz project is a program that supports homeless, low income and free and reduced meal students.
Kutz 4 Kidz focuses on African American students with an outreach to economically challenged students who meet the criteria.
Our project is currently supported by:
Edmonds, Everett, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Monroe, Mukilteo, Snohomish, and the Sultan school districts.
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Everett, Marysville, and Monroe
The YMCA of Everett, Marysville, and Monroe
If your student attends any of the listed school districts, please contact the diversity equity justice team, McKinny-Vento coordinator, community liaison, school administrator or the Director(s) of each YMCA, Boys and Girls Club to receive a hair or salon cut voucher.
Take voucher to any participating barbershop or salon and receive your cut. You will need to have the voucher in hand to redeem it at the barbershop or salon.
